Notes:
  • Also known as the Babylon dragon of Chaos.
  • Often shown with the fore feet of a cat, back legs of a clawed bird, serpent body, and scaled head. Enormous. Tail ended with a poisonous sting
  • Some believe that it was an actual dinosaur that lived around that time in the swamps since it looks so much like the Apatosaurus or sauropod and didn't change from drawing to drawing.
  • Was first found painted on the walls and is depicted on the Ishtar Gate of Babylon discovered (which it guarded) in 1899.
  • Some say that Nebuchadnezzar, the king, kept one to worship
