While a young woman washed linen in the r9iver she spied a golden cup floating nearby. But it was a trap and the dragon pulled her down into his lair to nurse his dragon baby. 7 years later, after the baby dragon was grown and with the memory of her ordeal wiped clean, she was released back to her own family. Not long after, she saw the dragon in human form in the market and knew it for what it was. He, too, recognized her, and took one of her eyes so that she could never see him again. Once her eye was taken, however, she remembered her days under the sea.
