A turtle is turned on its back and harassed by a group of boys until a man comes along and chases them away. With gratitude for saving his life, the turtle says he is a dragon king and will come to the man's aid if ever he is needed.

The man continued on his way and came across a witch who had run off a mountain's protector. She wanted him to remain, but he asked leave and went to see the Dragon King. But the witch was too strong for the former turtle and he had to finally call upon other, stronger powers, before the witch could be defeated.
