Tale 1:

Thora raises a worm from an egg and kept it in a box over some gold. As the worm grew, so did the pile of money, until the dragon took up the whole house and ate an ox a day. Herothus, Thora's father, promised the full wealth and his daughter's hand to the one who could banish the dragon and Ragnar Lodbrok succeeded.

Tale 2:

The dragon curls itself around a castle to protect the maiden Thora.
