Characteristics:
- Loves to talk and will use spells to "insist" the visitors stay and chat
- Not very good at conversation
- Loves intense, dry heat
- Very social and always has an opinion
- Gets along with most of its neighbors
- Enemies: Blues
- Has a lot of information, but may require a bribe to get it
- Dedicated parents
Habitat:
- Arid climes, temperate and warm with sandy deserts
- Drinks the morning dew for sustenance
- Plains and underground
Physiology:
- Breath weapon: cones of sleep, cloud of blistering heat, fear gas
- Expressive lips
- Headplate is smooth and metallic
- Bladed chin horns that grow sharper with age
- Wings and frills are edged with mottled green and grown darker with age
- Tangy sandy or metallic odor
- Scales are dull brown, and become more burnished with age
- Can speak with animals freely
- Immune to fire and heat
