Characteristics:
  • Inquisitive
  • Would rather bribe or repel foes than fight them
  • Cheerful and generally good-natured
  • Warfare intrigues them - likes to fight good naturedly and champion causes or get good pay. Battle is more of a game
  • Likes riddles and challenges
  • Does form friendships with vassals, but does not trust them completely
  • Likes gifts, especially pearls
  • Enemies: evil sea creatures
Habitat:
  • Always near deep water, fresh or sea
  • Temperate and warm (southern isles)
  • Eats aquatic plants and animals, especially likes shark meat
  • Lives in cliffs with entrances below water level
Physiology:
  • Can and does morph into small animals to watch travelers
  • Born with yellow scales tinted with green and the color deepens with age
  • Very old dragons have a blue-black tint to the edges of their scales
  • Good swimmers
  • Webbed feet
  • Smooth, flat scales
  • Pupils fade to green with age
  • Breath Weapon: line of lightning, cone of repulsion gas
  • Can breath and act freely under water
