Characteristics:
  • Enemies: Blues and Humans
  • Ferocious
  • Thinks it odd to talk to your food - so doesn't associate with humans
  • Prefers to ambush enemies from trenches in the sand.
  • Will not use breath weapon on horses since they're good eating.
  • Intelligent
  • Can use illusions and invisibility
Habitat:
  • Deserts, burrowed beneath the sand, near settlements
  • Can eat sand, but prefers meat - especially horses and humans
Physiology:
  • Brown coloring - for stealth. Color does change slightly with age.
  • Do not have wings and cannot fly
  • Breath weapon: acid
  • Small, webbed claws for digging
  • Large, long faces
  • Immune to acid and desert heat
  • Can survive in airless environments indefinitely
