Characteristics:
  • Undead creature transformed from an evil dragon by the Cult of the Dragon
  • Cannot possess living bodies
  • Causes fear in opponents
  • Very hard to kill - Only by power work, kill or similar spell
  • Attacks are the same as the original form
  • Wizards honor and aid them in exchange for protections
  • Likes darkness and night
Habitat:
  • Prefers the original habitats and food
  • Lairs are close to the wizards that made them
  • Never actually hungry - but have to eat to refuel their weapons
Physiology:
  • Retains original appearance, except eyes are glowing and shadowed sockets
  • Retains abilities, memories, and weapons of original form
  • Immune to charm, sleep, enfeeblement, polymorph, cold, electricity, hold, insanity, death, symbols, poisons, paralysis, and priests
  • Gem is its host
